Attend class in our University-Based Apartment Community, go on campus for sporting events, or both! At the end of the day, you get to come home to a spacious, modern apartment with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Each of the The Residence Halls’ communities has its own unique lifelong learning and campus experience. Within our communities you’ll find a multi-generational group of like-minded individuals looking for camaraderie and inspiration.
The Residence Halls Lifestyle represents the perks of student living, but in an adult apartment community.
The culture of the Residence Halls community will keep you entertained and allow ample opportunity for meeting with small or large groups of friends.
Residents can be a member of The Residence Halls Student Life Program, which allows complete access to the university’s campus, just like traditional students! The university affiliated with The Residence Halls will be "welcoming you with open arms"!
Each property in itself has its own unique features, but all include dining facilities, a fitness center, classrooms, informal gathering places, and a clubhouse with an active schedule of social activities. These activities are a focus within the community, all organized weekly by on-site staff.
The Residence Halls Lifelong Learning program is robust and inclusive. You can participate at whatever level you desire, in lectures, discussion groups, art projects, and service opportunities. Professors and instruction are provided by the institution, retired faculty, or peer faculty. Classrooms are located on the first floor, and some classes may also be offered on campus.
While offerings vary by location, learning opportunities may include:
Your level of involvement is up to you. Choose your amount of course work, or take no classes at all (participation in lifelong learning is not a requirement to live in our community).
